Ella had her 15 month check-up recently... She's 22lbs and healthy! She enjoyed reading the magazines while she waited for the doctor.

Fun at the Park

We stopped at a park in Eden Prairie last night when we were on our way to a friends house for a BBQ. Ella is loving parks this summer!

At the Zoo with Grandma Julie

My mom came up yesterday to go to the zoo with us. We had fun and the zoo wasn't too busy either. I couldn't get Ella to look at the camera because she was too busy watching the monkey swing around!

Ella's First Doughnut

We found a cute little bakery in Prior Lake one Sunday morning a few weeks back. We had a lot of fun picking out doughnuts and hanging out. Ella really didn't like the nibbles of doughnut we gave her... silly girl!

A New Trike for Ella!!!

Ella got a new trike today (actually a used trike from Craigslist, but it is new to her)! She loves it! We've been searching for an outside riding toy that can grow with Ella and this one was perfect. We love the steering bar that lets us push and steer her when we are walking around the neighborhood. When she gets bigger the steering bar can be removed and she's got a big girl trike. She rode around the living room when Scott brought it home today (it was so hot outside!). We took it outside later in the evening too.

Ps. She loves to ding the bell on the tricycle.

My Silly Daughter...

She's climbing! She climbed into her grocery cart a few nights ago and loves to climb in when we're not looking. She's trying to climb up on chairs and out of crib too(luckily she's not even slightly close to climbing out).

Hot Day = Day at the Mall

We spent yesterday's hot and humid day at the mall. Ella had a blast shopping (she even cried when we left one store) and she loved nickelodeon park too. The roller coaster was her favorite ride to watch although thee ferris wheel was also pretty fun to watch. Scott also took Ella on her first ride... the carousel! It was a fun afternoon and a great way to stay cool!
