Scott’s sister Beth recently moved to Houston, Texas (She despises the cold weather of MN and she got a new job as a personal trainer at a gym down there). Her previous job was aboard a cruise ship… and she often stopped in Puerto Rico. She gave this little top to Elle when she was born. We thought we’d snap some pictures and post them for Beth.
